Cancellation policy
Once a booking has been confirmed we will take a non-refundable deposit of $200 or 25% of the fee - whichever is greatest. The balance is payable on the day of the wine tasting based on numbers confirmed 14 days before. If numbers increase after confirmation we will invoice for the additional guests at the tasting.
In the event that the tasting is cancelled ThirtyFifty will retain the deposit but this can be used against a future tasting booked and completed within 6 months.
If we receive notification of a cancellation within 14 days of the wine tasting and we have allocated extra staff to cover the event we will need to charge for the cost of the staff as quoted.
Privacy & Security
All personal details are kept strictly confidential and are not shared with any other party.
Payment
All prices are quoted in US dollars.
Payments for tastings should be made on or before the day of the tasting. Wine purchased for the event is paid for by the client normally using a credit card.
