Revamped London Wine Fair a success

The London Wine Fair opened its doors this week to welcome in more exhibitors than a year ago. The shows organisers Brintex revamped this years show, changing the name from London International Wine Fair to just 'London' and returning to the original venue of Kensington Olympia. Initial feedback is that 2014 has been a success: There was genuine excitement about this years show and visitor numbers increased by a substantial 20%. The UK's largest 20 importers and distributors returned to the Wine Fair as well as 60 smaller and niche importers. Craft brewers were present for the first time in the beer section. The London Wine Fair also coincided with London Wine Week which ends on Sunday 8 June with lots of event and tastings going on in London for the public to attend. Dates for London Wine Fair 2015 will be 18 - 20th May at Olympia London.
